LDI's heritage dates back to more than two decades ago when the owners of LDI, Benny and Deborah Williams, had a vision to embark into the competitive market of the maintenance and janitorial industry. They uprooted from New Jersey to Palm Coast, Florida; in 1987, and co-founded Lady D's, which two years later became Lady Deborah's Incorporated.

With focus, trust, and dedication, in 1988, LDI won its first commercial contract with I.T.T. Development Corporation.  Thereafter, LDI's endeavors began by progressing through the residential and commercial industry cleaning, to providing maintenance services and selling high quality janitorial products to the U.S. Federal Government and Defense Contractors.
