History of LDI

LDI's heritage dates back to more than two decades ago when the founders of LDI, Benny and Deborah Williams, had a vision to embark into the competitive market of the maintenance and janitorial industry. In 1987, they set out to open a residential and commercial cleaning service and named the company Lady D's Cleaning Service. Just two years later Lady D's was incorporated, and the name changed to Lady Deborah's, Inc.

With focus and dedication, in 1988, LDI won its first commercial contract with ITT Development Corp. Thereafter, LDI's endeavors began by progressing through the residential and commercial industry maintenance and cleaning, to local and state government agencies. With a fine reputation in place and around the turn of the century, LDI ultimately engaged upon the opportunity to enter into and graduate from the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. This afforded the company to provide maintenance and janitorial support services to the Federal Market.

Today we continue to predominately operate out of our headquarters in the city of Palm Coast and our Hub-Zone office in the city of Jacksonville. We take delight in knowing that we have been able to employ over 100 individual employees, get involved within our community outreach programs, and stand ready and able to continue providing support services to our nation.

1990 Awarded first Florida state contract.

1999 Awarded a 6 year Florida state contract.

2002 Awarded first Federal contract at

2004 Awarded Blount Island Marine Base maintenance contract in Jacksonville, FL.
